About the Survey

The nonprofit organization, Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered (FORCE) is working with the Autistic Self Advocacy Network (ASAN) to learn about people’s needs for information, support and services related to breast health, breast cancer risk and screening. The information will be collected through an online survey.

What the Survey Involves

There are two parts to this survey. 

The link below will take you to Part 1 of the survey. People who are eligible to take Part 2 of the survey will receive an email link to complete it. People who complete Part 2 of the survey will receive a $30 gift card.

You may be eligible for the survey if you are an adult who is autistic and you have breasts. We are very interested in hearing from people who have experienced any of the following:

 

This Study is Not Open To:

People under the age of 18 may not participate.
