This study will use bpMRI in conjunction with screening for the early detection of cancer in high-risk men.

  • All study participants will undergo a bpMRI.
  • Study participants with negative bpMRI will be followed with annual screening.
  • Study participants with a positive bpMRI will have a biopsy performed.
    • Those with a benign biopsy will be followed with annual screening.
    • Those who have a biopsy positive for cancer will be managed and followed according to the standard of care.
  • Study participants will be followed for 5 years.
